Working closely with the IT and analytics teams, I implemented the selected heat mapping solutions on our website to assess their performance.

Outcome: Following the proof of concept phase, I presented my findings and recommendations to the leadership team, outlining the benefits and potential impact of implementing heat mapping web analytics. By highlighting the insights gained from the trial run and the potential for optimizing user experience and driving conversions, I obtained their buy-in for a 1-month trial period to further evaluate the effectiveness of the chosen solution.
