-
User Engagement: Implemented strategies to promote user engagement and adoption of the learning platform, including communication campaigns, training sessions, and incentives for participation.
-
Continuous Improvement: Established processes for ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and iteration of the learning platform to ensure its effectiveness and relevance over time.

-
Outcome: By spearheading the implementation of the internal LMS part of the FCBI initiative, I played a crucial role in future-proofing our organization and empowering our employees with the skills and competencies needed to excel in the field of business intelligence. The learning platform provided customized training content, specialized skill development opportunities, consistent knowledge transfer, cost savings, data security, performance tracking, and the promotion of a learning culture within our BI organization. Overall, the implementation of the internal learning platform contributed to enhancing our organization's capabilities, driving innovation, and maintaining a competitive edge in the dynamic landscape of business intelligence.
